Wasn't Able to Change Address December 23, 2012

This shipped to my billing address, even though I'd entered a different shipping address.  Apparently it got change at some point.  After figuring out what went wrong, I wasn't able to cancel the order or change the shipping address.  So I wound up placing an order with a different company.
