The tartness of raspberry really brings out the sweetness of our chocolate coating. We start with beautiful Queen Ann hazelnuts and carefully roast them to perfection. They are left to cool overnight. Then we load them in a chocolate pan, adding drizzles of chocolate as the drum turns until each nut is coated with a thick layer of chocolate. This takes about 1-1/2 hours and requires exacting work. Once the chocolate layer is ready, we load the entire batch into a ribbed finishing pan for another 1/2 hour until it gets its glossy finish. We end up with a spectacular product - chocolate covered Queen Ann hazelnuts!

We start with large premium almonds from the finest orchards and carefully roast them to perfection. Next we let it cool overnight. Then we load them in a chocolate pan, drizzling them with chocolate as the drum turns. This takes about 1-1/2 hours and requires exacting work. Once a thick chocolate layering has been added, we load the entire batch into a ribbed finishing pan for another 1/2 hour to give these nuts their glossy finish. We end up with a spectacular product - gourmet chocolate covered almonds!

Once the proper amount of white frosted chocolate layering has been completed, we load the entire batch into a ribbed finishing pan for a beautiful glaze. The result is our spectacular gourmet frosted almonds!

We start with fresh redskin peanuts, carefully roast them to perfection and let them cool overnight. Then we load them in a chocolate pan, adding drizzles of chocolate as the drum turns for almost two hours. This is exacting work, which gives each nut a chocolate-y coating. Once this first layer is complete, we place each peanut in an enrober which floods it with a second layer of chocolate. This makes for a thick, rich coating which is especially good at bringing out the peanut's natural flavor. We end up with a spectacular product - chocolate covered double-dipped peanuts!
