Freestone Peaches grow in the rich California valley soils and are wonderfully flavorful fruits. The peach is harvested late in the summer, when part of the crop is dried and set aside for future selling. The moisture content of the peaches is then reduced from about 65% to around 26% for a concentrated treat full of natural goodness.
