Apple Rings & Slices Turkish Malatya Apricots
Dried apple rings are a terrific sweet treat. Use them as a healthy dessert or snack. We add them to our trail mixes too.
While apricots are grown in many countries, a very special variety is grown in the Malatya Valley in Turkey. The Turkish Malatya apricot is sweet and the apricot crop has only been exported to the United States since 1984. It is a whole dried fruit product, with only the pit stone removed. This apricot has a natural sweet taste and is popular in many commercial applications now.
Honey Sweetened Banana Slices Chopped Dates in Flour
Honeyed sweetened banana slices make a great snack and are featured in several of our trail mixes. They're also a great addition to a dessert, especially if chocolate is involved! Our banana chips are crunchy and sweet. The honey coating helps them stay fresh longer too.

You won't want to miss these special dates, which are only available during the holiday season right after they are harvested in October. Deglett dates are extremely sweet and firm. They stay fresh longer than ordinary dates and their thick skin protects this date from abrasion by other dates in the box.

The black Mission Fig is full of great flavor. It is naturally sweet, full of fiber and stores well over time.
This combination is so popular, we mix it up in 300 pound batches! We create the perfect balance of Freestone Peaches, Turkish Malatya Apricots, nectarines, Bartlet Pears, papaya, pineapple and Ashlock French plums (pitted prunes). During the holidays, we add candied red cherries for their vibrant color.
Mango Slices Fancy Red Gold Nectarines
All the sweetness and tartness of a fresh mango is concentrated in this delicious dried slice. Nectarines grow in the rich California valley soils and are harvested late in the summer, when part of the crop is dried and set aside for future selling. The moisture content of the fruit is then reduced from about 65% to around 26% for a concentrated treat full of natural goodness.
