We find the Western Schley pecan has far more taste than the Stuart variety grown in Georgia and we're fortunate enough to grow that locally. It is much moister and has a richer flavor. This late crop comes in around Thanksgiving. Pecans are rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and the B-complex group.
