It turns out they have the item that is pictured on their website labeled incorrectly. So I received something different than what I ordered. Also,the quantity of product appears to be inaccurate. I ordered 2 pounds of several items, but received 1.5 pounds instead (they arrived in two 12oz bags). So doing the math, 24oz equals 1.5 pounds - not 2 pounds! I called and spoke to a nice lady, but honestly feel I was being brushed off for being a nitpick. She suggested next time I specify in the remarks section the correct item that I want. Also, the drop-down box that displays pounds on their site is wrong and needs to be changed. Just fix your website! She asked if I wanted to be sent the correct item I was supposed to get. Well, I shouldn't have to make that suggestion. As a business,if you make a mistake, then you should know the correct thing to do. But you don't put the customer on the spot and ask them what they think should be done. That is poor business practice.
