This popular coconut topping is called Angel Flake because it's so sweet. It adds great taste and texture to baked goods and is a wonderful garnish for cakes and cookies. This flake is about 1/8" wide and about 1-1/2" long, strong enough to withstand handling, but not easily broken because it retains so much moisture.
