We take large premium almonds from the finest orchards, carefully roast them to perfection and let them cool overnight. Then we load 150 pounds in a chocolate pan and add drizzles of frosted white chocolate as the drum turns. This takes almost 2 hours and requires exacting work. Once the proper amount of white frosted chocolate layering has been completed, we load the entire batch into a ribbed finishing pan for a beautiful glaze. The result is our spectacular gourmet frosted almonds!
