Redskin Peanuts-Roasted & Salted
When we make regular mixed nuts, we always use the roasted and salted redskin as the main ingredient. It balances the delicate taste of all the other nuts and we love the rich flavor we can bring out when we roast the redskin peanut. The roasted and salted redskin peanut is also a wonderful snack food and we offer that peanut in a package line for people who want to taste an extremely freshly roasted peanut!

Onion-Poppy Sesame Sticks
We use a terrific amount of these sticks each year in our business. This has been going on for many years. We use most of them as ingredients in certain trail mixes. They are also used as a condiment on salad bars and by people looking for an unusual snack food.
