We start with large premium almonds from the finest orchards and carefully roast them to perfection. Next we let it cool overnight. Then we load them in a chocolate pan, drizzling them with chocolate as the drum turns. This takes about 1-1/2 hours and requires exacting work. Once a thick chocolate layering has been added, we load the entire batch into a ribbed finishing pan for another 1/2 hour to give these nuts their glossy finish. We end up with a spectacular product - gourmet chocolate covered almonds!
