Gomatan Rice Crisps
The Gomatan rice cracker is a lot of fun to eat. The center of this cracker is hollow and the snap of the cracker gives a feeling of freshness. The cracker is pressed out using a bakery extruding machine, and then it is baked in a continuous convective oven. A glazed coating is applied in a fine spray to the finished surfaces of the cracker to keep it fresh and crunchy and give it the deep brown color. We import this product in sealed containers from japan where it is a common food item.

Habachi Peanuts
Habachii peanuts are imported from Japan. They are a baked peanut and soy product. The lighter nuts are a toasted soy nut. The darker nut is a roasted peanut. Both are coated in a soy batter. Once the nuts are coated with batter, the batter is baked in an oven to give the finished product a crunch. The product has a salty, seaweed taste, which is delicious!
