Honey Roasted Peanuts
Making a honeyed peanut is a special process. people love the sweet and salty taste of the honeyed peanut. First the peanut is roasted a light amber color. Then the roasted peanuts are placed in a turning drum where the peanuts are coated with a sticky solution of detromaltose (corn syrup). Finally after all the nuts are coated, honey powder is generously dusted over the nuts and they are finished by roasting in an hot oil bath to a perfect deep rich brown color. That is what makes them so unique and special!
