Roast/Diced Almonds - Unsalted
we take roasted almonds and run them through a dicing mill. This shatters the nut into random pieces which we ship to people that garnish candy and baked goods. It makes an excellent ice cream bar topping as well as a terrific donut crunch.
To store almonds:
Use properly sealed plastic bags or glass jars. Store at 70 degrees
or lower. You can store at 32 to 35 degrees in refrigerator for
up to 18 months, if sealed well.
