Toffee



The richest toffee combines sugar and butter in a copper pot, heats it up to 290 degrees, and then adds a bit of vanilla and baking powder to make a final toffee core. Then you would place chocolate and finely chopped nuts over the cores to give you a finished English toffee. It is a real crowd pleaser.....
